As a health coach and yoga instructor, I understand the challenges of trying to build a career while caring for a young family. Like many parents, I often put my own self-care on the back-burner, prioritising everything else but my health. This led to using sugar as a source of energy, which unfortunately resulted in a weight gain of 3 stones.
Feeling exhausted and anxious most of the time, I realised that I needed to make a change. That's when I discovered the power of holistic health and the transformative effects of yoga. Through my own journey, I learned how to prioritise my well-being and implement sustainable habits that not only helped me shed the excess weight but also improved my overall physical and mental well-being.
Now, as a health coach and a yoga instructor, my mission is to empower others who may be going through similar struggles. I am dedicated to helping others to regain control of their health.

I want to give a big shout out this morning to Marcela Nazim and thank her for an amazing yoga session this morning! I have been out of practice for a few years now because I have a toddler that has been keeping me busy and so have lacked the time and motivation to prioritise myself. Marcela has not only been encouraging and supportive through her ‘well being’ knowledge but she has inspired me to get more proactive this morning with a taster yoga class. Recovering from the full hysterectomy I needed help improving my diet and fitness.
Marcela helped me with implementing gentle movement. She has explained the theory behind the blood sugar balancing. I realized that dieting doesn’t need to mean restricting food groups. She has also kept me accountable.
I managed to lose 2 kg during our 4 sessions, which is a great achievement especially as we worked together during Christmas period.
